Shipping policy

Shipping Charges

My shop is currently open to orders within Australia as well as to New Zealand, USA, Canada Japan and New Zealand.

We ship with Australia Post for all orders. You will receive a tracking number once the order has been sent. 

Orders are sent out within 1 - 3 business days.

All orders (Not including the USA)

Have flat rate shipping, so you can purchase as many items as your like for a flat rate. Tracking is also included and orders over $100 AUD will have insurance/signature on delivery added for free.

Orders for the USA

All orders for the USA will have the tariff charges itemised at checkout. Please note the return policy in regards to tariff charges.

Shipping is based on the weight of your order and is calculated at checkout.

Please note I cannot know about what it happening in your specific country. If you have any concerns or questions, please contact me.

"Return to Sender" Orders

If your order is "Returned To Sender" due to incorrect address or order not being picked up at your post office, you will incur a shipping charge to resend it to you.

Please ensure you address is correct at the time of ordering.

Orders Marked Delivered But Not Received

If you find yourself in the situation that your order tracking states it has been delivered and you do not have it there are some steps you need to:

1. check with the people in your residence, that they did not place it somewhere for you.

2. check with your neighbours, especially in unit/apartments, just in case it was placed in the wrong letter box.

3. Australia - lodge an enquiry with Australia Post. International - contact your local post office. I am unable to do this for you. I can lodge an enquiry from my end but it can take several weeks to get an answer.

In the case that your local post office says it was delivered correctly, I am unable to refund or replace the item, as it can be assumed it was stolen.


Order has not arrived / is late

This can happen from time to time.

There are several things that can be done

1. If your parcel is tracking and moving to different locations, you can wait a little longer to see if it turns up.

2.If your tracking has not moved for a few weeks, definitely get in contact with me and I can lodge an enquiry for you. I do this for you as there is information that I have that is required for lodgement.
